What we collect
When you contact Codex Labs, or when we speak with you about our services, we may collect your name, business name, business phone number, email address, business address and notes from our conversation. If you book a demonstration we also collect the date and time you selected.
We collect this information directly from you: when you call us, when you speak with us by phone, when you reply to a text message, or when you complete a form on our website. We do not purchase, rent or otherwise acquire contact lists from third parties.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and continue conversations you have started with us
- To send information and booking links you have asked for
- To confirm and remind you about appointments you have scheduled
- To keep records of our conversations so we do not have to ask you the same things twice
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Text messages
If you call us and we miss your call, we may reply by text to the number that called. If you have asked us during a phone call to send you information by text, we will send it to the number you gave us. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our customer relationship and messaging providers, is permitted solely so that we can deliver the service. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any other purpose.
See our Terms and Conditions for the full messaging programme terms.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need in order to operate: our customer relationship system, our telephony and messaging provider, our calendar and our email provider. Each is bound to use the information only to provide those services to us.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need to for legal and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@codex-labs.dev and we will action it.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or email us.
Security
Information is held in access-controlled systems operated by the providers listed above. Access is limited to people who need it to do their job.
