About Codex Labs

Founder

Codex Labs was founded by Haseeb Asad, a software engineer who builds and ships products end to end: backend services, web dashboards, mobile apps, native Mac apps and the automations that tie business tools together. You will find his background and projects on haseebasad.com.

Where we work

We are based in Lahore, Pakistan (UTC+5) and work with clients internationally. Projects run over email, calls and shared documents, and the code lives in repositories you own.

What we build

• WhatsApp AI agents: An AI agent on your WhatsApp number that qualifies leads, answers questions, takes orders and bookings, and hands off to your team.
• Workflow automation and AI agents: n8n workflows, AI agents, Google Workspace automation and API integrations that remove manual steps between your tools.
• Web app and SaaS development: Web apps, SaaS products and dashboards built with Next.js, React, Node.js and Go.
• Mobile app development: Cross-platform iOS and Android apps built with Flutter and a Firebase, Flask or Node.js backend.
• macOS app development: Native Swift and SwiftUI Mac apps, signed and notarized, with auto updates. We ship three of our own.

We build and run our own software alongside client projects, so we deal with the same release, update and support work our clients do.

How an engagement works

1. You describe the workflow or product through the form or by email to support@codex-labs.dev.
2. We reply with questions, then agree the scope on a short call or by email.
3. You get a written proposal with the scope, price and timeline before any work starts.
4. We build in stages and show working software as we go.
5. We hand over the code, documentation and access, and stay available for changes.
