The challenge
The client, a consulting firm, spent too much administrative time on scheduling, proposal writing and onboarding, and each process depended on manual back and forth.
What we built
We built an AI chatbot that schedules meetings through Google Sheets and Calendar, drafts proposals from structured templates in Google Drive, and runs new hire onboarding with task automation and reminders.
